    1 1/4 c. Flour
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    Salt - Dash
    3 Tbl. Sugar
    6 Tbl. Oil
    1 Large Egg
    1 1/4 C. Milk
    1/4 C. Pecans - chopped
    Orange Peel - 3 Tbl.

    Blend oil, egg, milk in blender. Add dry ingredients next. Last add pecans and orange peel.
