Oven-Perfect Scrambled Eggs

5 Tbsp. - ½ and ½ Cream
14 Eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 cup Sour Cream
4 ounces Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
1 tsp. Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a glass 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish.
Mix the eggs and cream together and set aside.
Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, chives and salt together and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat and scramble the eggs until firm but moist. Using a heat resistant spatula helps. Remove from heat.
Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the scrambled eggs. Place mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until very hot.
Serves 6-8.
