Spray glass baking cups with vegetable oil.
Fill � full with shredded cheddar cheese.
Break 1 egg on top of cheese, break yolk slightly.
Sprinkle light cream over egg (about 1 tablespoon).
Sprinkle with garlic salt, parsley and minced onion.
Fill cup with additional cheddar cheese.
Bake at 375� for 25 minutes - or until eggs are firm.
