1 lb. breakfast sausage
8-10 eggs
2 cups milk
1 pkg cheddar cheese
6 slices of bread
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried mustard Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 X 13 pan.
Brown the sausage in a skillet on the stove. While sausage is browning, mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dried mustard in a bowl.
Tear the bread slices and line the bottom of the greased 9 X 13 pan. Spread the sausage over the bread. Then spread the cheese evenly over the sausage. Finally pour in the egg mixture. Let sit for at least a half hour.
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of the oven and let it sit for five minutes before serving!
