Fresh Fruit Salad With Orange Cream

2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
2 bananas, cut into 1 inch slices
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into spears
1 lb. seedless green grapes

Orange Cream:
1 cup whipping cream
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 tbsp. chopped pecans, toasted



Recipe



Sprinkle apple wedges and banana slices with lemon juice.
Arrange fruit on a serving platter. Serve with orange cream.
