1 (4-ounce) package instant pudding
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup thawed light whipped topping
1 angel food cake
10 whole fresh strawberries
Recipe
Combine pudding mix and pineapple in a medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Cut cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom layer, cut side up, on a serving plate. Spread one-third of pudding mixture onto bottom layer; cover with middle layer; spread one cup of pudding mixture onto middle layer; top with remaining cake layer. Spread with remaining pudding mixture.
Refrigerate at least one hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh berries.
Yields 10 servings.
