Banana-Butter Pecan Torte

List of Ingredients
1st layer:
2 cups flour
1 cup finely chopped nuts
2 sticks margarine, melted
Mix well; pat evenly into 13x9 pan.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Let cool.
2nd layer:
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8-oz carton Cool Whip
Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese; blend in Cool Whip.
Spread evenly over cooled crust,
3rd layer:
Sliced bananas, enough to cover in a single layer
4th layer:
2 small pkgs Butter Pecan instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
Mix and beat until thickened. Spread evenly over bananas
5th layer:
1 8-oz carton Cool Whip
Spread evenly over pudding mixture; sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Chill thoroughly; preferably overnight.
Note: Can use other pudding flavors if desired
