    1 ea (8-oz) pkg soften cream
    -cheese
    1 ea (14-oz) can sweetened
    -condensed milk
    1/2 c + 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    -from concentrate
    1 t Vanilla extract
    1 ea (6.5-oz) prepared sponge
    -layer cake
    2 tb Sugar
    2 ts Cornstarch
    1/4 c Water
    1 c Blueberries
    3 md Peaches peeled seeded and
    -sliced

    Recipe



    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup lemon juice and vanilla. Spread on cake, chill. In small saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, water and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cook and stir until thickened. Add blueberries, cook until bubbly. Chill. Before serving, top cake with peach slices and blueberry sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
