    1 Package Frozen Strawberries, defrosted and drained
    ¾ Cup Strawberry Juice and Water
    1 Package White Cake Mix
    1 3 Ounce Package Strawberry Gelatin
    4 Eggs
    ½ Cup Oil
    Whipped Cream
    Red Food Color
    Additional Strawberries and Cake Spangles for frosting

    Drain berries, measure juice and add enough water to make ¾ cup. Combine cake mix, gelatin and eggs
    and beat with rotary beater for two minutes at low speed. Add oil and juice and beat two minutes more.
    Batter will be thin. Fold in drained berries. Pour into buttered and floured 9x13" pan or two eight inch
    pans (round). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Frost with whipped cream, tinted pink,
    and garnish with berries and cake spangles. (Flavor of this cake improves with age it's much better two
    days old). But frost just before serving.
