    Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake

    1 1/2 cup flour
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 egg
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Crumb Topping:
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    Work mixture into coarse crumbs.

    Mix together all cake ingredients. Spread into greased 9 inch round pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
