List of Ingredients




Mix together:
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking power
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar

Add:
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter

Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup chilled butter
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Mix together until crumbly.


Recipe



Mix the wet ingredients into the dry and stir well. Pour the batter into a square 9-inch pan. Top it with 1 1/2 to 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries. Sprinkle with the topping. Bake at 375� F for 30-35 minutes. Delicious.
