    Frozen Cranberry Angel Cake

    1 loaf style angel food cake
    1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
    1/4 c sugar
    dash salt
    1 c whipping cream, chipped
    2 c whole cranberry sauce (l lb can)

    Recipe



    Cut cake into 1/2" slices and line bottom of glass loaf dish.
    Cream together cheese, sugar and salt till fluffy.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Stir cranberry sauce to break up; fold into cheese mixture.
    Spoon 1/2 cranberry mixture over cake slices.
    Place another layer of cake slices over mixture and top with remaining cranberry mixture.
    Freeze overnight.
    Serves 8
