1 large package chocolate chips

4 eggs

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla

1 pint whipping cream

1 large angel food cake



Recipe



Melt chocolate over low heat or use double boiler. Beat egg yolks and add to chocolate. Beat egg whites and add 2 tsp. sugar. Add to chocolate mixture. Stir and add pecans, vanilla and salt. Whip cream and fold in last. Break cake and layer it in bowl or tube pan alternating with chocolate mixture, ending with chocolate on top. Chill overnight, slice and serve.
