1 (3 oz.) package Lemon Jello
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust

Recipe



Dissolve jello in the boiling water; set aside
In medium bowl, with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in disolved gelatin
Fold Cool Whip into cheese mixture; spoon into crust
Chill a couple of hours or until firm
When ready to serve add 1 Tbsp of cherry pie filling to each serving if desired
