Mincemeat Coffee Cake

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter (melted and cooled)
1 cup prepared mincemeat
Crumb Topping:
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons cold butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, beat egg with milk and melted butter. Add egg mixture to flour mixture, stirring until mixture is smooth. Fold in mincemeat.
Spread batter in a greased 9-inch-diameter round cake pan.
To make Crumb Topping, in a small bowl, stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form.
Sprinkle Crumb Topping evenly over batter.
Bake until a wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean (25 to 30 minutes).
Cut into wedges and serve warm or at room temperature.
