3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups shortening
1 tablespoon salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 tablespoons cold water
Beat salt, egg, vinegar and cold water together and mix with flour and shortening. This will make more than one crust, but whats left may be saved and used later. Keep tightly covered and refrigerated.
