No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake

1 box whole graham crackers
1 6-oz. box Vanilla pudding-instant
3 cups milk
8 oz. Cool Whip(r)
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Recipe
Butter 9x12 pan and cover the bottom with a layer of whole graham crackers.
Beat pudding and milk together. Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers, then cover with another layer of crackers--then spread the other 1/2 of pudding over, and top with crackers. You now have three layers of crackers.
Mix the sugar, salt, cocoa, and other 1/4 cup milk. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute. Take off the heat, and add in butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth and spread on top of last layer of crackers.
Refrigerate.
