1 yellow cake mix, dry from the box
Beat with 3 eggs and
15oz. of ready made butterscotch pudding, or mix up your own (chill it if it is the cooked type)

Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with granulated sugar and Nestle Butterscotch Bits.
Bake at 350� about 45 minutes.
