1 chocolate cake mix
2 cups cream cheese
2 cups sugar

Recipe



Mix cake mix as directed and bake at 350° in 4 layer pans.
When cool, mix cream cheese and sugar together
Put mixture only between each layer

Icing:

2 cups sugar
3 T cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/4 lb butter
1 tsp vanilla

Bring to a boil for 1 minute (except vanilla)
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Beat until spreading consistency.
Ice the outer edges of cake.
