List of Ingredients




1 cup chopped nuts, your choice
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix all ingredients together by hand. Pour into ungreased 9 by 13-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool. Frost with topping below.

TOPPING:

1 stick margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Spread onto cooled cake. Refrigerate.
