Orange Pecan Pie

3 eggs
1/2 cup Grandma's Molasses
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans halves
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add molasses, corn syrup, orange juice, orange peel and vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool. Serve with whipped cream. 8 servings.
