    Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie

    1 1 lb. 4 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks

    1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin

    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

    1 graham cracker crust, chilled

    Recipe



    Drain pineapple and add water to make a cup of liquid. Bring to a boil and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Warm the cream cheese to room temperatue and blend with half of the gelatin. When smooth pour into the chilled crust, arrange pineapple on top and add remaining gelatin. Chill.
