1 cup raisins

1-1/2 cups water

1 cup half and half or Mocha Mix Coffee Mate

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon flour

2 egg yolks

One 9" baked pie crust



Recipe



Stew raisins in water until tender, drain and set aside. Mix half and half with sugar and flour. Cook until thick, then add egg yolks. Stir in raisins. Pour into pie crust. Top with meringue and brown.
