Ricotta Graham Cracker Pie

1/4 cup lowfat ricotta cheese
4 graham crackers (2.5-inch squares)
2 tablespoons raisins
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
Mix all ingredients except 2 graham crackers. (You don't need to crush the graham crackers when you mix them.) Place 1 graham cracker in the bottom of a 1 cup bowl. Spoon ricotta mixture over it. Press the other graham cracker on top. Cover and refrigerate over night. Makes one serving.
