    16 ounces of cream cheese
    1 cup of sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    1 graham cracker pie shell
    8 ounces of sour cream
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    Cinnamon
    Grated orange peel

    Soften cream cheese. Mix together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and eggs. Mix until there are no lumps. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350�F. for 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. (It's okay if it begins to crack.) Cool for 15 minutes. Mix sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on top (after it's cooled for 15 minutes). Sprinkle with cinnamon or orange peel. Bake for 15 more minutes at 350�F. Chill well (you can put it from oven to refrigerate). Tastes better with age.
