    2 cups sugar
    4 tablespoons cocoa
    4 tablespoons cornstarch
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 cup butter, melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
    1-1/2 cups pecans, toasted

    Recipe



    Sift together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Add eggs; stir until mixed and then add melted butter. Stir in vanilla flavoring. Adding the nuts last. Pour into a square pan. Then set this pan into another one that has about 2 inches of water in it. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until a hard crust forms on top. Cool. Cut into squares.
