2 cups unsalted raw peanuts
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
Recipe
Mix well in a heavy saucepan. Boil slowly until peanuts absorb syrup. Stir frequently (about 20 to 30 minutes). Pour into an ungreased jelly roll pan. Spread out. Bake at 300°F for 15 minutes. Stir once while baking. Cool. Break apart if necessary. Makes 4 servings.
