    4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    8 oz. jar marshmallow cream
    1 tespoon vanilla
    4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
    2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
    12 oz. evaporated milk (canned)
    4-1/2 cups sugar

    Recipe



    Lightly grease a 9x13" baking pan.* Mix in a large bowl, all the ingredients (5 total) except the milk and sugar. Using a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk and sugar to a boil. Stir constantly, letting mixture boil 6 minutes. Pour over the bowl of 5 ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour into pan; refrigerate at least an hour. Makes 24-2" squares.

    *I always line a pan for molding the fudge with foil, leaving both ends longer so I can pull it out of pan more easily.I also first shape the foil on the outside of pan to fit much faster and easier inside of pan with fewer wrinkles with no tears or holes.
