    Butterscotch Peanut Fudge

    One 12 ounce package of butterscotch pieces
    One 14 ounce can of condensed sweetened milk
    1 1/2 cups of miniature marshmallows
    2/3 cup of chunky style peanut butter
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    1 cup of chopped peanuts
    A dash of salt

    In a saucepan, combine the butterscotch pieces, milk , and marshmallows. Stir over medium heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat, beat in the peanut butter, vanilla, and dash of salt. Stir in the nuts. Pour into buttered 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Chill. Cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator.
    Makes 4 dozen squares
