1 (11-ounce) package milk chocolate morsels
1 cup heavy cream
1 (14-ounce) can unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
toasted slivered almonds
coconut macaroons, toasted, crumbled



Recipe



Place the milk chocolate and cream in a double boiler over medium-low heat. Cook until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring frequently. Whisk in the coconut milk gradually. Stir in the vanilla and coconut extracts. Spoon into demitasse cups, small soup cups or ramekins. Garnish with almonds and macaroons.
