    1 cup Butter
    1 can Evaporated Milk
    5 cups of Sugar

    Recipe



    Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for exactly 8 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Add in 2 cups miniature marshmallows and 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Then dump into a jellyroll pan.

    It usually is hardening as I'm pouring it and it is a harder fudge rather than the soft stuff that we all dislike.
