    List of Ingredients





    2 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 cup evaporated milk
    1 7 1/2-ounce jar Marshmallow Fluff
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Combine first 5 ingredients, and stir over low heat until blended.

    Bring to a full rolling boil, turn heat down and boil slowly for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add nuts now, if you like. Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan; cool. Makes 2 1/2 pounds fudge.
