List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 teaspoon shortening
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups canned tomatoes – Staff tomatoes with Chilis and Rotel
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 teaspoon steak sauce
½ cup chopped green pepper
1-5 ounce bag Macaroni (3 oz. flat noodles)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheese of choice
Recipe
Brown beef, onions and pepper in shortening. Add onion, tomatoes, ketchup, steak sauce and green peppers. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook macaroni according to package direction and drain. Combine meat mixture and macaroni in a large casserole dish. Add salt and pepper and stir. Blend in soup. Top with cheese, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
