    pkg hot dogs (I like the 1/4 pound ones)
    2 cups mashed potatoes (I like the instant ones)
    Grated cheddar cheese (I like sharp)

    Recipe



    Split doggies lengthwise; scoop two to four heaping tablespoons of mashed potatoes down the center of each split doggie
    Bake @ 375 for 6 minutes or til potatoes are crispy on top
    Sprinkle grated cheddar on top and put back in oven until cheese is melted
