Cheese and Shrimp Casserole

3 cups sliced, fresh mushrooms
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
3 cups cooked rice
1 1/4 cups shredded, cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups light cream or milk
1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. shelled shrimp, cooked
Parsley sprigs (optional)
Recipe
Cook mushrooms in butter 4-5 minutes or till tender. Stir in rice, cheese, cream, cocktail sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Cover and chill 6 shrimp. Halve remaining shrimp lengthwise; stir into rice mixture.
Spoon mixture into a 12x7 inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes or till hot.
Garnish with reserved shrimp and parsley.
