Chicken Broccoli Cassarole

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. frozen Broccoli Pieces
3 stocks of celery chopped small
1 med. size onion chopped small
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
2 cans (10.5 oz.) chicken mushroom soup
2 lbs. cooked and cubed small, boneless chicken breasts
1 c. milk
3 oz. Velvetta cheese spread
2 tbsp. olive oil
Recipe
In a medium sauté pan add oil and cook off chicken. Cook chicken until completely done, (165° degrees) cool and cube chicken. Mix all ingredients except velvetta cheese in a casserole dish. Top casserole with velvetta cheese, cover dish with foil, Bake at 350° degrees for 45 minutes and enjoy.
