Chicken Parm in a Pot

8 ounces dried Radiatore or other fun-shaped pasta (about 2 cups)
2 cups pasta sauce
1 1/2 cups diced leftover roasted chicken
1 cup pre-shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 ounces sliced pepperoni, chopped, optional
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to the pan. Add the pasta sauce, chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni as desired, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder to the pasta and stir to combine. Place over medium heat and stir until the chicken is heated through and the cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
