Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

8 oz stuffing
4 cups chicken broth
¼ cup butter
½ cup flour
¼ tsp salt and pepper
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
6 eggs
Sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
¼ cup diced pimento, (opt.)
Recipe
Mix stuffing according to directions. Spread out in 9”X13” pan. Place chicken in a layer on the dressing. Mix chicken broth, butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Beat eggs lightly; add a little of hot mixture to eggs until all mixture and eggs are blended. Pour over stuffing and chicken. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes.
Sauce: Heat and pour over just before serving.
