    1 lbs Ground Beef
    1 package(s) Onion Soup Mix
    1 can(s) Condensed tomato soup
    1/2 cup(s) All purpose flour
    1/2 cup(s) Yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 cup(s) Milk
    2 large Eggs
    1 can Pimentoes, drained
    1 can Cream Style corn
    2 cup(s) Grated Cheddar Cheese

    Cook beef, add the soups and mix well. Set aside. Mix flour, cornmeal, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Add the milk, eggs, pimentoes (save a few for the garnish) and corn. Place half the mixture in a 3 quart casserole. (spray with nonstick cooking spray.) Spoon meat mixture on top and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Place remaining batter in pan and cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes. Garnish with a few pimento pieces.

    Serves 8
