    2 C. whole kernal corn
    2 C. milk or half-and-half
    2 T. melted butter
    1 T. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, beaten

    Recipe



    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased 1-1/2 quart casserole.
    Place in a pan of hot water and bake at 350* for 45 minutes, or until pudding is set.
    Serves 4.
    Enjoy!
    Note: For variety add grated cheese, chopped vegetables, diced cooked sausage or ham.
