    2 c. cream style corn
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimento
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. corn muffin mix
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Bake at 325 degrees for an hour.
