1 round steak
1/3 cup rosé
2/3 cup water
3-4 dashes Worcestershire
1 tsp sugar
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
1 clove garlic



Recipe



Mix the rosé, water, Worcestershire and sugar. Cut up steak int serving size pieces and brown in greased skillet. Remove meat. Add rosé mixture to skillet to de-glaze. Add soup and blend well. Slice onion in half rings and brown separately, adding minced garlic when onion is almost transparent. Place all in skillet and cook at 325 degrees for 2 hours, covered. Uncover last 20 minutes, if needed. Good with baked potatoes.
