1/4 cup butter
2 Tablespoons flour
Milk
1 can (drained) tuna fish
Bread


Recipe



Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour, stir to a smooth consistency. Then, slowly add milk, stirring to eliminate lumps. Continue adding milk until sauce thickens. Add tuna. Allow to warm throughout. Ladle on top of toast. Salt and pepper to taste.
