Deviled Crab Casserole

1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup cream
1 pound crab
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons minced parsley
1 finely chopped hard cooked eggs
Recipe
Lightly sweat sliced scallions and jalapeno in butter, add flour and brown lightly to make a roux, add mustard, Worcestershire, cayenne, cream and stir until thick. Combine crab, parsley and chopped egg; pour roux over all and toss to combine. Divide mixture among 4 ramekins or cleaned and boiled crab shells. Top with bread crumbs and a bit of butter on each one. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until tops are brown and mixture is warm through.
These may be made in advance and refrigerated for several hours.
