1 lbs ground turkey or pork
1 can(s) stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup(s) chopped onions, green bell peppers
1 1/2 cup(s) uncooked elbow noodles
8 ozs shredded cheese
1/8 cup(s) milk
1 tbsp butter
1 dash pepper
1 tbsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp parsley
Recipe
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown meat while noodles cook. Drain off fat and add onions, green peppers, tomatoes, seasoning salt, parsley and pepper. Saute' for 1 minute. Drain and rinse noodles. Add mixture to noodles. Stir to coat noodles, then pour into casserole dish. In a small pot, melt butter at low temperature. Add milk and shredded cheese. Heat until all melted together. Pour evenly over casserole. Heat in oven for approximately 10-15 minutes (until cheese is light golden brown). Serve hot with garlic bread.
