1/3 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup each chopped green pepper, celery and onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups cubed cooked ham
2 cups cooked noodles
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, cooked
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Place carrots, green pepper, celery, onion and butter in a 2-quart glass casserole dish. Cover and microwave for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Cover and microwave for 7-10 minutes, stirring once during coking. Stir in cheese. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
