    2 cups pasta (shells, spirals or a combination of both)
    1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
    1/2 lb Italian sausage
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1 oz (about 15 slices) pepperoni, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    9 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 1 (4-oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
    1/4 cup water
    2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese or Italian blend cheese

    Cook pasta in boiling water until pasta is just tender; drain
    Cook ground beef and sausage in large skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until meat is partly browned
    Add onions and continue cooking until meat is well-browned and onions are tender; drain
    Place cooked pasta in a greased 9x13 baking dish
    Spoon meat mixture over pasta
    Top with pepperoni, green pepper, and mushrooms
    Combine spaghetti sauce and water; pour mixture over casserole
    Cover with aluminum foil
    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
    Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese
    Bake another 5 to 10 minutes
