List of Ingredients
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
1 teaspoon olive oil
8 ounces ground beef, 9% fat
1/2 small onion -- diced
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
Recipe
Thaw spinach, place in strainer and drain well. Heat oil and in large, heavy skillet. Add ground beef and cook, stirring, until browned and crumbly. Add onion and cook until tender but not browned. Stir in basil, marjoram, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir in drained spinach and cook until liquid in spinach has evaporated. Beat egg substitute, add to meat mixture and cook, stirring, until eggs are set.
