2 cup uncooked macaroni
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 can (2 1/2 cups) tomatoes, drained
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. pepper
Recipe
Sauté macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil, stirring often until yellow. Add salt to rapidly boiling water. Gradually add the macaroni and boil until tender. Heat tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt, Worcestershire Sauce, pepper to boiling. Pour over or add to macaroni and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with fish or meat. Serves 6.
