Many Way Meatballs

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cam Campbell's Cream of Mushroom, Cheddar Cheese, or Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
2 T. chopped parsley
1 T. minced garlicRecipe
Mix all of the ingredients except for the soup and the water in a large bowl. Shape the meat into 16 meatballs. Brown meatballs in a skillet, pour off fat. Stir in the soup and water.
Cover.
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
